Госавтоинспекция должна знать о сделке купли-продаже

Национальный автомобильный союз предложил обязать продавцов автомобилей извещать ГИБДД о совершенной сделке, сообщают «Известия».

«Национальный автомобильный союз (НАС) просит МВД РФ изменить правила регистрации транспортных средств, обязав продавцов автомобилей информировать о сделке сотрудников Госавтоинспекции. В нынешних нормах есть лазейки, которыми пользуются недобросовестные автомобилисты, чтобы не платить транспортный налог, не получать штрафы с камер и не покупать полисы ОСАГО», — говорится в обращении на имя главы МВД Колокольцева.

По действующим правилам, у нового покупателя есть 10 дней на регистрацию автомобиля. Недобросовестные продавцы пользуются этим и делают несколько договоров с разными датами, а затем перепродают машину, не ставя ее на учет и не платя налоги. В результате штрафы ГИБДД и налоги приходят на предыдущего собственника, а если на машине совершено правонарушение, то найти виновника невозможно.
