Женевский автосалон отменили

7 октября организаторы Женевского автосалона заявили, что его проведение в 2022 году отменяется и переносится на 2023 год. Причины – сложности в автомобильном секторе, столкнувшемся с острой нехваткой полупроводников, а также проблемы, связанные с коронавирусом.

«Мы должны смотреть правде в глаза: ситуация с пандемией не находится под контролем, и она представляет большую угрозу для такого крупного мероприятия, проходящего в закрытых помещениях, как международный автосалон в Женеве», — отметил глава оргкомитета выставки Морис Турреттини.

Также в официальном обращении сказано, что кризис микрочипов, вероятно, продолжится и в течение всего следующего года. В такие неопределенные времена многие бренды не могут взять на себя обязательство участвовать в автосалоне.
